How to get there
San Lorenzo de El Escorial is located 50 km from Madrid. The journey to the Euroforum Palacio de Los Infantes should take around 1 hour from the airport, depending on traffic.
Public Transport from Airport:
If you decide to use a public transport, the easiest way is to take METRO (underground train) to Nuevos Ministerios Station and then change for National Railways services called RENFE Cercanías. There is a direct train between Nuevos Ministerios – El Escorial. Please check timetables at renfe. Once in El Escorial you can get a taxi (10 Euros) or have a long walk to Euroforum Palacio de Los Infantes in San Lorenzo de El Escorial.
Another way is to take buses in Moncloa (Madrid). Lines 664 (via Guadarrama) and 661 (via Galapagar) take the Madrid Moncloa – San Lorenzo de El Escorial Bus Station. It takes about an hour and the cost is about 4.50 euros.The bus station is a few meters from Palacio de Los Infantes.

The Palacio de los Infantes is an 18th-century building which has been restored and remodelled by architect Miguel de Oriol, respecting its original structure.
In 2012 its infrastructure was updated to provide it with the appropriate technology for all kinds of events and education programmes, making it a unique building that maintains its essence while being state-of-the-art.
